Meet Rama Walker, MBA, BSN, RN
Nurseify CNO / COO
Rama is a Senegalese-born turned Houston resident by way of New York City. She is a leader with 15 years of experience in operations, mentorship and clinical excellence. She has been a nurse leader for the majority of her career. She received her BSN from Prairie View A&M University and later obtained an MBA from Western Governors University. She currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Nurseify. She also serves as Program Director for Ambassadors of Change and Executive Director of Events for The New Black Wall St.
Rama is passionate about caring for others, especially women and young girls. She has launched her consulting business which focuses on healthcare consulting and life coaching for women. She is active in the community in organizations such as Houston Food Bank, Houston Millenials and is a member of the Junior League of Houston. Rama enjoys serving her life purpose by uplifting women through mentorship, networking and fellowship. Rama also enjoys spending time with her three children, traveling and trying new brunch spots.
